Level 2 Technical Support with German

Currently, we are looking for a Level 2 Technical Support with German to join our community of experts at our brand new office in Plovdiv.


As a Level 2 Technical Support with German you will be responsible for:

  • Taking ownership of all tickets routed to you
  • Resolving these tickets or route them to the appropriate Resolution Group, which requires a higher level of technical analysis


If you have:

  • Fluency in German, good skills in English
  • At least one year of experience in a technical position
  • Analytical IT troubleshooting skills and ability to solve common IT issues/troubleshooting related to Internet, MS Office, Windows Server, Active Directory, Cluster
  • Remote Access /other Terminal Services application for remote access
  • Ability to troubleshoot portable devices, to research and find solutions to unfamiliar technical situations
  • Experience in a Helpdesk environment would be considered as an advantage
