Level 2 Agent with German and English

About the Role
Being on the Level 2 Agent position you will be able to continue further your development and expand your technical knowledge and expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure escalated tickets are documented in real-time and in accordance with Service Desk processes and quality standards
- Present a positive, effective and flexible contribution to achieving team targets and objectives
- Collaborate with external Resolution Groups, including on-site teams, to ensure service levels are met or exceeded
- Resolve Tickets within the scope of responsibilities according to defined procedures
- Complete specific or ad-hoc tasks including answering incoming calls to assist with volumes during volume spikes, outages, etc.
- Research and find solutions in unfamiliar technical situations
Requirements:
- Fluency in German, good skills in English
- Analytical IT troubleshooting skills and ability to solve common IT issues/troubleshooting related to Internet, MS Office, Windows Server, Active Directory, Cluster
- Remote Access /other Terminal Services application for remote access
- Ability to troubleshoot portable devices, to research and find solutions to unfamiliar technical situations
- Experience in a Helpdesk environment would be considered as an advantage
