About the Role


Being on the Level 2 Agent position you will be able to continue further your development and expand your technical knowledge and expertise.




  • Ensure escalated tickets are documented in real-time and in accordance with Service Desk processes and quality standards
  • Present a positive, effective and flexible contribution to achieving team targets and objectives
  • Collaborate with external Resolution Groups, including on-site teams, to ensure service levels are met or exceeded
  • Resolve Tickets within the scope of responsibilities according to defined procedures
  • Complete specific or ad-hoc tasks including answering incoming calls to assist with volumes during volume spikes, outages, etc.
  • Research and find solutions in unfamiliar technical situations




  • Fluency in German, good skills in English
  • Analytical IT troubleshooting skills and ability to solve common IT issues/troubleshooting related to Internet, MS Office, Windows Server, Active Directory, Cluster
  • Remote Access /other Terminal Services application for remote access
  • Ability to troubleshoot portable devices, to research and find solutions to unfamiliar technical situations
  • Experience in a Helpdesk environment would be considered as an advantage
