Job Description

Today we are giving you the chance to build a career in one of the biggest IT outsourcing companies at the position of a Learning and Development Specialist.

 

As a Learning and Development Specialist you will be responsible to:
•    Facilitate technical and soft skills trainings including instructions, feedback, development plans, and coaching
•    Recommend solutions, including developing/delivering customized training and team development sessions as needed
•    Organization and delivery of the Induction Training Program, design and implementation of tests, surveys and quizzes to measure the effectiveness of the training programs with the assistance of the Site Management and Learning and Development Team
•    Identify and manage partnerships with SMEs and leaders to support the current Training Catalogue and different upskilling projects
•    Perform Training needs analysis in collaboration with the Site Management and the Learning and Development Team via the Learning Management System (SAP SuccessFactors)
•    Develop and update standardized tools and reporting for ongoing access to learning information; and develop customized reports as per the business needs
•    Create and update how-to-guides (incl. video tutorials) for using the LMS, deliver trainings to users and supports learners on how to use the technology
•    Ensure training documentation is maintained up to the local legal and corporate requirements
•    Manage tracking of course revisions and history, ensure the knowledge management of the training course materials

 

If you have:
•    Strong communication and consulting skills
•    The ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
•    Very good analytical and troubleshooting skills;
•    Advanced IT/Computer literacy and experience in: 
      o    MS Windows/ OS
      o    MS Office
      o    Internet Browsers 
      o    Networking 
      o    VPN solutions
      o    Printing services
•    Customer service skills
•    Excellent time management and organizational skills, attention to details
•    Very good Project Management and Presentation skills
•    Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques, tools and theories
•    Fluent English both verbal and written 
•    University degree
•    Second language will be considered an advantage
