Responsibilities:

 

  • Handling Business Clients Technical requests 
  • Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction
  • Analyzing clients' problems and providing relevant solutions
  • Collaborating with other team members to provide high-quality support

 

Requirements:

 

  • Fluent in German, confident in English 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Willing to communicate with business customers
  • Interested in resolving technical issues
  • A team player
  • Desire to work from office-space and from home
  • Desire to work on a flexible work schedule
  • Ability to work on night shifts
