As a Customer Support Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • Handle French-speaking customers
  • Focus on customer expectations and satisfaction
  • Analyze clients' problems and provide a relevant solution
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide high-quality support

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
