About the Job

The Accounting Project Assistant with German & English provides accountants with administrative support and performs certain accounting or bookkeeping tasks. They are responsible for managing communications and answering questions, maintaining and checking records, liaising with clients and external parties, and handling documentation. They work closely with different stakeholders and coordinate financial workflows, collecting billing information for current and upcoming projects.

Responsibilities:

Collect billing information for new projects from CRM software
Maintenance of planning tools for projects and training
Track projects and prepare reports based on project lists
Record trainer costs internally & externally
Create billing lists internally & externally
Communicate with various teams

Required Skills:

Fluent in German at level C1, confident in English at level B2
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Experience with billing and general accounting
Experience with SAP is a strong advantage
Independent and proactive way of working
Min 1 year of experience in Accounting or 2 years in Business Administration
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finances or a related filed
